gagederienzo7098 Bro, Make sure your Location is set correctly, then Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Turn off set automatically> then Manually select your time zone, it can fix your issue.😊
Who cares about changing minutes? We need to know how to change the hours like when you’re passing through different time zones why doesn’t it sync with the phone?

You really need your iPhone to sync and it will give you the perfect time. If you need to adjust then adjust the time first in your iPhone then it will be sync to your watch
Waste of time watching this video. Custom time doesn't just mean advancing the display time by just few mins.. Use some common sense while putting the title and description.
